It was very clean, comfortable bed, international channels on the TV - perfectly functional for what I needed - a room for one night close to the train station because I had a super early flight. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind - overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Review: 3/5 The hotel has a central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. However, the room was very small, and the toilet was shared and located outside the room, which was not the most comfortable setup. One major downside was the single-glazed windows, which let in a lot of noise from the street, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bedsheets were stained (including blood stains), which was quite unpleasant. Overall, while the location is great, the comfort and cleanliness could be significantly improved.

The location of Ciao Papa hotel was excellent--only 10 mins away on foot from the Central station and there were lots of famous and fantastic restaurants and store near there. The hotel's staffs were helpful and friendly, too. However, the stairs of the hotel was sooooooooooooooo steep! I felt like I had to do "the rock climbing". I bet many people might have injured from the horrible stairs, especially with their luggages. Still, I'd love to re-book the hotel since it was the only bad thing.

Although small, we were extremely comfortable in our room! Staff were lovely and the location of this hotel made it an incredibly ideal place to stay. Yes there are no elevators, but if you’re not confident carrying your luggage up the steep stairs, the staff are more than willing to help!
