This is the worst lodging experiment in Netherlands. The rude attitude and unfriend faces from the reception desk is still recalling.
First, without any alert, I booked a double bed room for an adult and two kids, and successfully checked in. However, later on, when we stepped out of the hotel for a lunch, the staff stopped us and said the room is only for two persons, not for an adult and two kids. Her rude attitude made us angry. We tried to cancel the hotel, but she firmly told us it is impossible. This is equal to say that we have to book another room in their hotel. Finally we had to do so. Two double-bedded room for three nights for an adult and two kids!!!
2. We left our luggage in room desk. These things were put in a supermarket plastic bag.After returning, we found everything is gone! The hotel's answer is pretty ridiculous: we clean everything on the table. The personnel belongings should be put in their luggage bags!
3. We had a dinner in the first floor restaurant. My kid took out one bottle of juice we purchased from supermarket. Immediately, we were told that we can't drink the juice bought from outside.
All these three things make us believe that this is a rude hotel. The attitude of the receptionist should be greatly improved
