「When we checked in there was no explination of information as it should be at the check in desk. We just got our room keys and told us about breakfast time. When we entered the room there was a man painting furniture there. 「It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good. The private beach was good. The hair dryer was not provided. And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops. 「It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location.」

「Location was great, close to the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony looking on to the old city wall was nice. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves. There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration.」

「 這間住宿位於Akko中心，不管到海邊或是清真寺、土耳其浴場、市集，都是步行可達的距離。我們入住的這間很有住在土耳其Cappadocia地下屋的感覺，但接待處那棟以及另外吃早餐的地方的建築又是摩洛哥Riad形式（提醒：接待處和房間不在同一個地方，但循著門上的指示很容易可找到，接待處是水藍色新穎的大門，要按鈴才有人開門），房間內部和網站圖片一樣美，而且空間很大，checkin時老闆很認真的為我們解說及介紹餐廳，工作人員也很熱心的協助一切。Akko是我們到以色列旅遊第一個過夜的城市，雖然天氣不好是有些可惜，但人潮因此少了很多，也這裡開啟了我們對以色列的好印象。很喜歡穿梭在Akko阿拉伯曲折的街道中，更願意再為了Zidan Sarai 再次造訪Akko!」
