Amelia Island Beach Hotel

"This was our 1st visit to Amelia Island..we originally booked with the Mariott but it was expensive as Mariott is. We then changed for a, mom and pop hotel across the street from the Mariott. Saved us $300( ). It was good, cleanliness was excellent. The staff were inviting and sweet..The room had a comfy King bed, and all the amenities we needed..They except pets for a fee. Parking was not a problem. Hot breakfast in the morning was ok.The best thing is location. The Beach is a few minutes walk...

"Right on the beach, need I say more. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Negatives .. they allow smoking outside the rooms which means smoke you have to walk through and smell. "

"All was great. Entire facility was very well kept and clean. Laundry area was a big . Breakfast was great and seating area was plentiful. Pool was good with complimentary towels. Fire pit area was outstanding. Rooms were spacious and clean. A lot of towels and washcloths. Extra dishes and silverware was useful. "
