White House is a villa on the slopes of the Sierra Bernia, located in a quiet area but only 2 minutes from the village of Altea la Vella where all services.

The property consists of 2 large double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, kitchen, and laundry room terrrazas.
It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
It is surrounded by a large garden with pool and several terrace spaces.
Parking space on the plot, with access by remote control.

Incredible views over the Bay of Altea, the Aitana and Sierra Frost, Benidorm, La Nucia and Villajoyosa.

Het uitzicht… vanaf het balkon, Geweldig! Zwembad geweldig restaurantjes en supermarkten, slager bakker alles dichtbij. Wij hebben 4 geweldige weken gehad.. wilde eigenlijk niet naar huis! Leo is erg betrokken en altijd online alhoewel wij hem maar 1x nodig hadden.. TOP LOCATIE ♥️♥️🥲ga het miss

Family first holiday

Lovely little villa ticked away up the mountain, A car is very much advised. A shot drive from altea ,calpe. With some great beaches and family seaside walks . The view from the lounge was amazing looking across Altea and to Benidorm. I miss that . A very quiet and relaxing place, what all the family needed. My son loved the pool, (11) and still talks about his holiday and asked when can we go back. Easy access from Alicante airport , Big thank you to Peter and his family for the use of his villa .

Sehr schönes Anwesen, toller Pool. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Man muss wissen, dass einem nicht das komplette Haus zur Verfügung steht. Es ist nur die obere Wohnung. Aber das war ok. Am Pool selbst ist der Zugang etwas in die Jahre gekommen, lose Fliesen, war aber kein Problem soweit.Auto ist auf jeden Fall MUSS!!!

Me and my partner had a great stay in this beautiful house. The view is absolutely stunning in a calm and peaceful surrounding. The host was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome all time. Both private and easy! Nothing bad to say really, only to recommend this place!

Es war ruhig, sauber und angenehm. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles etwas kleiner als es für uns auf den Bildern gewirkt hat, aber das hat nichts gemacht. Man muss wissen, dass man nicht das ganze Haus zur Verfügung hat, sondern eine Etage. War aber auch nicht wichtig. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit , und der Blick aufs Meer und die Berge war natürlich makellos.

Con el dueño genia, estuvo muy atento y nos puso facilidades de acceso y salida del chalet. Respecto al chalet, el comedor es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos, el ventanal da al sur y entra Sol todo el día directo y no tiene personas o toldo para evitar que se caliente la habitación. Por otro lado, ponía alquiler íntegro, y en la planta baja tuvimos unos días al hijo del dueño, algo que no nos gustó nada, pues te resta intimidad, incluso vimos que un día estaba gastando la lavadora que tenemos a nuestra disposición. El jardín está bien, supongo que en verano se aprovechará más, pero por su distribución bastante extraña, no nos resultó agradable para estar, además que los chalets vecinos tienen total visibilidad al jardín y zona exterior ( por suerte, no había nadie). Tampoco tienen mosquiteras las ventanas, por lo tanto tuvimos que tirar del aire acondicionado que solo estaba en el comedor. Respecto al mobiliario es muy de batalla, osea que justito. La limpieza muy bien, aunque los utensilios de cocina un poco escasos, y las sartenes bastante reventadas. Las vistas desde el balcón a todo el valle y costa, lo mejor con diferencia, un lujazo de paisaje, cuando no pega el Solazo. La zona está a 15 min de Altea y 22 min de Calpe. Nota media, regular.

Für vier Personen sind die Räumlichkeiten absolut ausreichend. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten viel Platz und viel Stauraum für das Mitgebrachte. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich der Hammer. Richtig schön. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer und Sohn ist wie man es sich wünscht. Die sind nett, hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig. Wenn man großzügig ist, was im Urlaub ja vorkommt, dann übersieht man auch gerne die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung. Kaffeemaschine, Esszimmerstühle, Stückwerk an Geschirr, Töpfen - da muß man dann einfach nicht darüber nachdenken. Toller Pool aber der Treppenaufgang zum Pool, leider mit Vorsicht zu genießen, denn da besteht Verletzungsgefahr und sollte dringend, ausgebessert werden. Dass die Poolzeit am 15.9. eigentlich endet, sollte im Angebot erkenntlich dargestellt sein. Obwohl in der Beschreibung "Pool" angegeben ist, mußte ich nachverhandeln. Hoch oben, weit abgelegen, die Ruhe kann man absolut genießen.

Lugar tranquilo y confortable

Pasamos 5 días y la casa está genial, muy tranquila, excelentes vistas y la piscina es genial. Sin embargo, tan solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, por lo que creo deberían poner en casa habitación. Además, el lugar está en la montaña, por lo que la cobertura no es muy buena y necesitas coche para todo. Para ir en temporada alta, en la que tienes que pelearte por el aparcamiento con muchísima gente no lo veo tan recomendable, pero fuera de temporada alta lo considero un lugar fabulo, al que volvería a ir sin dudarlo. Los caseros son muy amables y atentos, siempre estuvieron al pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Como comento arriba, fuera de temporada alta, súper recomendable, pero en temporada alta yo iría a pie de playa directamente.

La casa está bien ubicada y limpia. Tiene un menaje muy básico que podrían mejorar, especialmente el de cocina (ej. pocas tasas, platos rotos, etc). El jardín y zona de piscina muy abandonado. Es verdad que durante la época de abril no está en funcionamiento pero se podría cuidar mejor para que fuera agradable a la vista de los que alquilamos el lugar.

schöner Urlaub mit Klasse Pool und Ausblick

Wir haben mit unserer Tochter und unserem kleinen Hund eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen. Ein wunderbarer Pool und ein herrlicher Ausblick lädt zum entspannen ein. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, vom Shoppen bis zur tollen Natur. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Heel mooi appartement met privé zwembad

Bij aankomst konden we de sleutel oppikken in een sleutelkastje. Handig. Privé oprit, auto staat in de schaduw. Appartement is netjes en heeft een prachtig uitzicht, superfijn om hier s ochtends een koffietje te drinken. Zwembad is super! S ochtends in de schaduw, in de namiddag zon, maar ook schaduwrijke plekjes. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je een wagen nodig hebt Peter is super sympathiek en heel behulpzaam. Kortom, wij hadden een heel fijne vakantie!

Lovely stay in the hills

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at casa Blanca. The location is surprisingly easy to find with sat nav. We arrived a little earlier than expected but were able to enter via a drop box with keys. The house itself is the upper apartment, however you have full use of the electric gates and grounds, including the pool. My husband met Leo a few times and he was incredibly helpful when needed, but in no way imposing. The kitchen does not have an oven. Not a problem, more an advisory for other travellers visiting. It did not impact our stay. As others have stated, there is air con in the living room. My husband would have liked air con in the bedroom, but I was happy with the fan. We generally kept the windows and shutters closed to prevent it getting too hot and to stop the bugs getting in. There are A LOT of mosquitos in the area. I suffer from an allergic reaction, so for other travellers with similar problems please bring a lot of repellant with you and apply immediately. This is by no means the fault of the owners- it is a beautiful area, with many trees and of course this attracts the Mosquitos. My son (4) lived in the pool. It is perfect! Could not have asked for more. Thank you for an amazing stay.
