「Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal von Anfang bis Ende so dass man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben ist! Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!」

「Einfach spitze. Ich habe wirklich hohe Ansprüche an Essen, Sauberkeit und Service aber diese wurden vollständig erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren so aufmerksam, dass hab ich noch nie erlebt, nicht mal in 5* Hotels. Einfach rundum klasse, wir kommen definitiv noch dieses Jahr wieder. Einzig das Eltern Bett in unserem Zimmer war mit einem Krabbel Kind unpraktisch aufgrund der Ecken, aber das ist meckern auf Gang ganz hohen Niveau. Danke für die schönen Tage bei euch und bis bald. 」

「Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. As some have mentioned, the wellness area is underground, so it can feel a little tight. But it was well-maintained, and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast a lot. 」

「Amazing hotel with wonderful staff who are all so polite and friendly!! The food on offer from breakfast to dinner was delicious. The fireplace was peaceful with relaxing surroundings. Not forgetting the spa and swimming area, I can’t wait to return. 」

「Great accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Location is probably great for summer, a little out the way for winter. The ski boot room is far too get to inside. Pillows are a little uncomfortable, but other than that everything is great.」

「Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.」
