Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is quite probably the most complete holiday resort on the Costa Calida. Built in 2007-2009, it has become one of the Murcia region's most popular holiday destination for families, couples, and keen golfers from all nationalities alike.
Designed like an endless garden, the resort is built around the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and all properties benefit from over 20 communal swimming pools, children's play areas and landscaped gardens that are spread throughout the resort in the fashion of one large garden, mingling with the greenery of the golf course.
The resort has a large commercial center hosting the estate agents Quality Homes Costa Calida, supermarket, ATM / Cash machine, beauty salon, several bars and restaurants, resort administrator and town hall offices and tour information center in the summer months. Bus links to the main towns and sights in the area all year round.
To put the cherry on the top, the resort hosts one of Spain's most challenging golf courses; a true 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Around the Condado Sports Club you will find a second sports and leisure area, a gym, tennis and paddle courts, football pitches and basketball courts, petanque/bowls field and a restaurant/bar. There is a second bowls/petanque area as well as two large football pitches on the grounds adjacent to the Al Kasar town center.
Condado is popular and well known for its secure and tranquil character, it is very well maintained and clean, with plenty of space for the kids to run around, over 20 pools and over 15 children's play areas to choose from, very little traffic, no noise pollution and a 24/7 fully integrated security concept, patrolling security, vehicle and ID control at the 2 gates which provide access to the resort.
Condado de Alhama is a great place to spend your (golfing) holiday, or for tranquil, relaxed living the whole year round with average temperatures that very rarely drop below 16 degrees Celsius and average summer temperatures of over 30 degrees and more than 320 days of sunshine a year!
