「We arrived after hours when reception was closed however the after hours process was explained thoroughly by staff via phone and text and it was seamless. The room was so clean and had a lovely cosy feel to it. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the extra large soft bath towels capped off what was already an enjoyable stay. 」

「Hotel is strategically located in the city. Reception very accommodating for our early check-inn request and bag storage after checkout, greatly appreciated. On top of that, nothing can beat its convenience as we are catching XPT train, only a step away! Shopping and eating out the best👍😊」
