「We weren't expecting much from this lodge given the low price. But it hugely exceeded our expectations. On arrival at 7pm after a long drive, it was easy to find and park. The receptionist gave us a welcome that was so friendly and enthusiastic, it put most other hotels to shame. While the room was quite small and the bathroom shared (as we'd expected), it was nice and warm, giving us an instant boost on a cold night, and the bed was extremely comfortable. 「As my wife injured her knee two days before arriving the Punga Grove, I asked the receptionist whether it was possible to re-assign a ground floor room for us. it was a negative reply at first. However, I believed the manager intervened and arranged a ground floor room for our two nights stay. 」

「非常赞的房子，干净、舒适。一房一厅的设计，两张大床，一家三口睡得非常舒服。卫生间虽然不大，但有按摩浴缸，还有发热的毛巾架，特别贴心。我们到达时房间已经暖好，马上就可以进入晚餐状态。对面就是温泉，走五六分钟就是主干道，超市及冰川徒步集中地都非常方便。更重要的是，性价比超高！」

「Friendly staff, well-equipped room with kitchen equipment and shampoo and conditioner provided. Stable wifi. The Fran Josef glacier hot pools is around a 3 minutes walk with lots of restaurants nearby. The bathroom heating lamp is great, and makes a big difference on a cold day. It's also nice that the reception has DVDs to borrow that you can watch in your room.」

「酒店的房间很旧，设施也很旧。窗户还有点漏风，有点冷。我的房间临街，路上的车辆的声音很吵。」

「酒店整体上还行，中规中矩。就是设施太少了，没有小厨房，也没有微波炉等。WIFI信号也不是很强。希望能改进让客户更便捷。」

「小屋2房一廳，一閒房在地下，一間在二樓，開放式廚房，有齊廚房用具，包括電飯煲。有一個大廳。還有一個小的露台。屋内舒適。但外觀比較簡約。」

「We lived in a room with shared bathroom but as it was near the entrance and kitchen and many people can use the toilet, it was very dirty (there was pee on floor). Our room is dirty too and the carpet had bad smell. We could not sleep well because cars were parked outside our room and false fire alarm went off at mid night. Good location, just 5-10 mins walk to shops. Free and nice breakfast. 」
