Our 1st room was so smelly. Smelled like dog pee and still had carpet deodorant on the carpets. Our 2nd room had roaches. After we saw the 2nd one, we packed up and left. Terrible experience

When we arrived the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly!! Our first room was however was not. It took several tries to get the door to open, when it did finally open the smell of dirty dog smacked us right in the face. You could tell they attempted to spray a deodorizer it just didn’t work.. after deciding I couldn’t handle the scent, we left out to go to the front desk and I couldn’t get the door to shut the lock was stuck. I wish I could remember the woman’s name from the front desk she was so nice and quickly moved us to another room that smelled very clean!!! The beds were soft and comfy and the rest of the stay was perfect!!

The grounds themselves were good in appearance. Close to everything as well. However, the room was not clean. The base of the TV was very dusty. Under the base was a thick layer of crumbs. The floor had not been cleaned properly and it smelled like wet dog. I was in the building that runs perpendicular to the main building so it was out of public and office view, facing the woods. A woman was assaulted right outside of my door and the police were called. They said it was a rare occurrence for something like that to happen. It was a very busy hotel with many people hanging out back there all hours. The room served it's purpose for my out of state stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful, but beware you are going to get what you pay for.

We stayed in colder temps. The heater worked great!!The room needed to be better swept and mopped. Internet access was a lil iffy. Staff was very nice. I did enjoy my stay.

Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that". I recommend going anywhere other than here.

Do not stay here, it was TERRIBLE! The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty floors, disgusting tub. My husband mopped the floor (we are moving out of state and stopped here on the way so had it with us), and the mop water was black after doing so. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, especially the area around the safe and under the beds. The lobby smelled like staff had been smoking weed. The air conditioning was really loud and sounded like it was on the verge of breaking, made it really hard to sleep.

The hotel is listed as “smoke-free” but when my husband checked in he said the whole main lobby reeked of cigarettes and weed. When we got to our room, to no surprise, it also smelt so strongly of cigarettes it made us nauseous. The room appeared to be cleaned pretty well but the toilet was clogged when we were checking the room out. It was indeed pet friendly and everything other than what was stated above was okay.

Ok for price. Office staff great, room attendance shouldnt be smiking while handling clean linens, could offer a simple breakfast. Rooms could be cleaner since they allow pets, shouldnt have to clean our own bedding
