Being a Hilton property, I found the hotel and the room especially extremely outdated and dirty. Our toilet smelled and the room was damp, including the bed and bedsheets.
Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Overall I would not return due to the cleanliness.

Great place but no one delivers food here. Otherwise its a great property and the breakfast was really great. It was our anniversary and these guys made it super special.

Well meaning staff but either overworked or mistreated by management and/or customers. Western leaning customer constituents, and inadequately localized. Food very subpar, service was objectively poor. Management made a strong attempt to make up for it but there are systemic issues that will take along time and investment, likely procedural changes, training, attention to detail. Currently I would rate this hotel as a 4-star at most.

I would of liked to have rated our stay better because the staff were nice and the hotel is nice but the housekeeping did a really poor job cleaning or not cleaning our room and leaving it completely unlocked for the whole day once they were finished. We were shocked and worried upon trying to open our door after a long day of touring to see it open. We left our luggages open on the floor with stuff completely hanging out and were very uneasy to know the room was left open. The manager did check the cameras as per our request to see if anyone had entered the room after the housekeeping left, and he did report that noone had entered but still the feeling left us very uneasy. For that reason and poor housekeeping we feel our stay was not so good. Aside from that, the room and bathroom were spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast and service good. We ate out at the restaurant one night and food was also good.

Doesn't deserve to be a Hilton property. Untrained staff who are not fit for hospitality industry.
We were made to kept awake for 45 minutes in the midnight for their bathroom door lock problem.
Linens were dirty and disgusting.
