「Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel.」

「2/15当日、風呂も使用も使用できず！ホテルからは一切説明がなく。共同の風呂に行ったら湯船に水も入っていなかった。スキー場近くの宿だが乾燥室も故障していた。外国人向けの宿の様だが、日本人が宿泊するレベルには達していない。２度と泊まらない。」

「Not helpful to tourist, cannot reach the basic service standard a hotel ought to provide to tourist!」

「Good service. English communication. Staffs are helpful and active to take photo for us. Food very good. Good and big place. Highly recommend choice this hotel. Free shuttle bus at Yudanaka station.」

「The room in which I stayed was very comfortable and spacious. I wish I had booked at this location for more than 1 night. I appreciated how the staff was very nice and helpful.」

「Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

「เป็น guesthouse ทั้งหลังมีทั้งหมด 6 ห้องนอน มี shared bathrooms 2 ห้อง shared toilet 4 ห้อง ทั้งหมดแยกชายหญิง และมี private onsen 2 ห้อง มีที่จอดรถฟรี ก่อนวันเข้าพักจะมี mail ส่งมาให้ self check-in ก่อน และได้รับรหัสในการเข้าที่พัก ที่พักสะอาด กว้าง มีส่วนกลางเป็นครัวและห้องนั่งเล่น ดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ กลุ่มเราไปกัน 11 คน เลยจองทั้งหมด 6 ห้องนอน เท่ากับได้บ้านมาทั้งหลัง พนักงานก็น่ารักมาต้อนรับและยกกระเป๋าขึ้นชั้น 2 ให้หมดเลย ครัวสะอาดมาก มีผ้าเช็ดให้พร้อม เครื่องครัวก็เยอะ ที่ชอบมากคือห้องนั่งเล่น...
