Worst bed EVER! We are young healthy people but after sleeping in their bed we could barely walk and had to spend money on meditation, the receptionist didnt really care. The breakfast is horrible, its old food and tasteless. You are not allowed to bring food from outside to the hotel. Most staff there are corrupt and work together in cheating people by charging over pieces for tours, making sure to quickly grab people's suitcases to "help", but its really just a way to get money. They say there's wifi but this is only in the reception and not in the rooms. Be aware that the rooms are poorly isolated so lots of noise from neighbors when they're flushing their toilets etc. The swimming pool is so dirty, its full of sand and dirt at the bottom. They make sure that the ATM is out of cash so people are forced to exchange cash for a higher rate at the hotel. The only positive to say is the cleaning staff are nice, clean well. But be aware of all the other staff, just looking for ways to get money.

The Hotel is of a good standard 3-4 star rating. However the Dining was less than expected, we went half board so breakfast and dinner were included but for dinner drinks were not part of the meal. Also the WiFi unless sitting in reception is virtually nonexistent. Apart from that a good Hotel

Das Hotel ist seid 1990 erbaut worden.Und dem entsprechend sanierungsbedürftig.Alte Möbel,defekte Klimanlagen ,Schimmel im Bad und die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft.Mir wurden fünf Zimmer angeboten und alle mit defekter Klima .Nach einer Beschwerde beim Hotel Manager bekam ich erst ein Zimmer mit Klima.Aber die ersten drei Nächste waren unerträglich.Expadia Team versuchten mir für die drei Nächte eine Rückerstattung anzufordern,aber das Hotel lehnte es ab .Mit der Begründung das ich auf meine Reise Buchung bestand ,was aber nicht stimmt!!!Ich wurde von einen Security am Eingang angehalten,weil wir Wasser von außerhalb kauften.Wir könnten ja vom Hotel kaufen,laut seiner Aussage.Die 1,5 L Kostet im Hotel ca. 4.50 Euro.Ich war sehr überrascht über diese Preise .Der einzige Trost war dass das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe war und der grōstteil des Personal war freundlich als auch das Frühstück war OK. Aber nie wider dieses Hotel.

I recently stayed at Agadir Beach Club Hotel and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful. After a long wait, I was finally given a room, but it was downhill from there. The room itself was too old. The furniture in the room appeared quite old and worn, specifically the refrigerator. The bed linens were clearly not washed, there was dust on the closet and surfaces, and the bathroom appeared to have been only superficially cleaned. When I called the front desk to complain, they dismissed my concerns and told me there was nothing they could do. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that others avoid it as well.

établissement complètement laissé à l’abandon, la climatisation ne fonctionnait quasiment pas, les portes des chambres datent d’un autre âge, il faut payer une taxe pour utiliser le coffre de la chambre !!! je n’avais jamais vu ça auparavant. sans oublier la chasse d’eau de la chambre,c’est comme au moyen-âge, faut jeter un sceau d’eau sinon ça reste à la surface 💩. pour finir si vous avez le malheur de rentrer dans l’hôtel avec un reste à manger et bien il faudra le jeter !. conclusion : encaisser c’est bien mais pour le prix au bout d’un moment il faut savoir se renouveler.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, l'hôtel est démodé et mal entretenu (lavabo bouché, douche sans eau chaude, air climatisé ne fonctionne pas). Le nourriture était Ok et le service correct. Attention au forfait avec repas inclus, car il y a des suppléments à prévoir. On ressent que l'objectif est uniquement de faire de l'argent au détriment de la qualité. Si possible, nous aurions aimé un remboursement...

Worst stay..only stopped for one night and had to leave and look for another hotel, even that one night was horrible. Dirty, had to pay for water to drink aswell even though to was half board. Could bring my own water from outside and the bottle of water to buy at the hotel was £2.50 a bottle!! Absolutely ridiculous. Staff were terrible and unfriendly, and the air conditioning in the rooms weren't even working. Wouldn't recommend at all

A huge hotel with a great big pool that never felt crowded lovely beach out front with a private area for residents. Rooms were good size with a small balcony and a fridge could probably do with an update. Food was of a good standard there was the usual buffet, a Moroccan restaurant, an Italian and a seafood restaurant which we tried and was quite good. Unfortunately not many other people used them so they were lacking in atmosphere.Most important is the quality of the staff so friendly but also very professional with high standards of service and plenty of them so you never wait for anything. The hotel is in a good spot on the beach promenade with a few independent restaurants and little shops in the vacinity All in all a nice stay

The hotel is old ( approximately 30 years plus), room condition is very limited, tired air condition, bathroom needs improvement, there are no spare Electric socket in the room one bed side lamp control’s the sockets and lights, if you switch the lamp off the complete electric system will be switched off, you can’t change your mobile device at night,we had to unplug the main bed lamp and leave one light on so we could change our mobile phone. Balcony needs improvements. There is limited entertainment in the evening. The hotel management needs to improve food choices, if you are going out early morning before 8:00, there is limited choices for breakfast. I paid £150.00 to upgrade my room (sea view) which was waste of money. The only thing which was good was the staff were very friendly.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt . Alles war tipptopp! Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Der Service war herausragend; das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine breite Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal
