「Clean modern apartment. Parking at the back was great though best for smaller cars. Location an easy walk of union Square and city centre. We didn't get the check-in instructions but a quick phone call and this was easily sorted. Good customer service. The apartment was compact but warm and comfortable. It is a traditional building with single glazing so not much sound insulation in case this is something that bothers you. Good value.」

We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email.
