「Lovely Friendly staff. Accommodating with room change. Good very good and nice size portions. Gluten free fish and chips was amazing. Only minor downs, No gluten free biscuit in room as promised. No exchange of gluten free bread with starter (wasn’t hungry enough to ask, I’m sure they would have brought if asked) Bathroom, walls looked very wet and paint peeling off. 」

「This is a very pleasant place. It is tastefully decorated and the bar offers a lovely space to grab a drink or a coffee at the end of the day. The breakfast area is elegant and overlooks the green back garden. My room was underground. It wasn’t dark but I could hear the cars that parked nearby and people walking on the road. However since this is a generally quiet area, this was not a major problem. The shower cubicle in my room needed maintenance because the water did not drain well. Otherwise...

「Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. We will definitely be back!」

「Not all rooms are as indicated in the photos. We booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos on the website. Upon arrival we were given a room with low ceilings and only a few beams. We requested the room, as shown on the website, which is called the Early and they did move us to that room. The second night we had no heat in the room and it was cold. 「My wife and I chose The Porch House for our 2 night stay in November becuase we perceived the common areas to be comfortable places to spend some down time in the Cotswolds. We were not disappointed. The Inn is very comfortable and the bar was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit small. Overall I am glad we stayed theyre and would definitely stay there again if searching for a room.」

「It was like adream come true. Even though we did not have a car to get around , the owners gave us a contact so we were picked up when we needed it. Otherwise we walked around the most beautiful cottage area, it was peaceful, relaxing and the owners were very enjoyable. The breakfast every morning was very good. 」
