「Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. Security, front desk, cleaning, gardening and Wok staff very professional. Omelette maker very grumpy which spoilt breakfast experience. Food is great quality and choice. 「One of the most Exceptional hotels I ever stayed at and i travel all over the world. The staff was amazing, very helpful, super friendly and fast. Food was authentic and exquisite. 「I had a horrible experience. they venue cancelled my booking without informing me. when i reached out to them an hour before arrival for check in instructions i was told look for another hotel! I have never experienced this! they claimed they informed expedia and hotels!!! they ruined my holiday」
