「Wir haben eine schöne und entspannte Woche im Beach Albatros Resort verbracht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sauber und die Anlage ist groß und top gepflegt. Die tâgliche und mehrfache Nachfrage der externen Dienstleister, ob man Zusatzangebote buchen möchte, habe ich persönlich oftmals als störend, nicht aber unbedingt als aufdringlich empfunden. Im großen und Ganzen hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir würden es wieder buchen. 」

「One of the most Exceptional hotels I ever stayed at and i travel all over the world. The staff was amazing, very helpful, super friendly and fast. Food was authentic and exquisite. Spa service was amazing and Megan was great and accommodating. The staff at the bar were on point as well and everybody had a warm smile and were helpful. 「I had a horrible experience. they venue cancelled my booking without informing me. when i reached out to them an hour before arrival for check in instructions i was told look for another hotel! I have never experienced this! they claimed they informed expedia and hotels!!! they ruined my holiday」
