「We had an excellent week at the Royalton Splash! The property was beautiful and well maintained, and our room was nice and cleaned well every day. There were tons of activities to keep our kids, 6 and 9, entertained. Disappointed about some of the big water slides not being open every day. The food was delicious and there were lots of options. Especially loved having the snack bar and food trucks outside and accessible around the pools. Bar service was great, a bit of a long wait at swim up bar...

「We had the excellence club but weren’t informed of all the perks at check in so we didn’t realize there was a private restaurant until the day of check out. It felt like the staff that checked us in was in a hurry. Other than that the property itself is great, the cleanliness was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the cleaning staff would stand in the hallway at 8 AM preparing their stuff and talking to each other very loudly there’s a cabinet that leads to outside so you can hear...

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
