"Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced."

When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. Very bad customer service. "
