Mercure Miyagi Zao Resort & Spa

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (298)
"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "

"The whole staffs welcome the guests and offer them professional and attentive services. They drive the guests to/from the station from/to the hotel; they do’t use a bus boy."
