「I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. 「The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .」

「Awesome location conveniently located close to the railway station and ksrtc stand. Awesome service and very good breakfast that we ordered to the room. Would definitely recommend especially if coming by train or bus and also very close yo Padmanabhaswamy temple.」
