“Very nice hotel ”

“The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. But the toilet area is tight if the person is big size might have a hard time getting in. Does not have space to place toiletries at the sink area.”

“This boutique hotel is a 300 year old bishop's house totally renovated and beautiful. It's near the racetrack but quiet and rural. Breakfast was made for us, a real treat. ”

“Beautiful, quiet, small hotel. Spacious comfortable room (we were in a premium room). You'd benefit from having a car here, but it's not essential. It's slightly inconvenient the hotel doesn't offer evening meals but the village is a 5-10min walk downhill and has several restaurants (we went in the quiet season and there were always at least 2 open). One offers delivery to the hotel but beware it's cash only! Sintra and Lisbon are approx 30mins away by car for sightseeing - Ubers serve the……

“Great breakfast we had just left Hilton Porto Hilton can learn how to serve a continental breakfast from Vila Vitorino! Parking was great a smaller space but large compared to some of the other property in Sintra.”

“Very lovely and peaceful property with great views. Breakfast was nice. Bit hard to get anything you needed. Staff dont apeak a lot of English, and if you ask for something using Google translate to help you (our TV didnt work the entire time we stayed) its impossible to get that sorted as they don't seem to want to. Danny (the manager) is available by text or whatsapp but he did seem to respond better to things we wanted to buy (like wine tours and massages) than fixing TVs! The rooms are……

“Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows……

“Clean, comfortable apartment right in Sintra. Easy communication with the host. Problems with wifi and TV service but it wasn’t an issue for us. Close to restaurants and easy walk from the train station. ”
