“A music concert was held in the garden opposite to the hotel with closure of road outside the hotel during my stay. Hotel operator had in advance communicated with the local police in that hotel guests with car could still drive into hotel garage with exemption. The arrangement was highly appreciated.”

“房間大，清潔很好。但沒有空調是個大問題, 晚上不方便開啟窗戶通風，因在地上的房間窗戶開啟外面的人就很易進入，擔心保安問題。房間的窗戶不能有效通風。房間只有風扇，晚上會很熱。我發現由數年前開始已有很多評論反映沒有空調這個大問題，酒店都不大算改進，只推說紐西蘭空調不流行，實際上整個旅程只住了這一間酒店是沒有空調。而房間價格是十分昂貴”

“The property far exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredible. Rooms were clean and we got fresh towels daily. So many staff on the grounds doing maintenance daily. The pool was so wonderful and kids stayed whole time in there. Walking distance to plaza with supermarkets and food and cafes and restaurants within 2nd walk also. Cannot fault anything and we will be back ”

“Pacific Harbor Villas were a convenient location to experience the area. Cabin like accommodation could have you think you were in your very own Hobbit house. There is a wonderful cafe directly across the st, with amazing breakfast! I caught a organised bus from here up North to a music festival. Lots of other food options nearby.”

“the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. I like her :)”
