"Virtually no English spoken at front desk, so good luck with that if u do not speak Japanese, 1st time I’ve experienced this at an international city anywhere! I don’t think most travelers speak Japanese so it would seem to be necessary at the desk. Otherwise, just fine, great location for Tsukiji mkt. and a low key comfortable vibe."

"This hotel was very accommodating. We included the breakfast and it was delicious with many options. The staff was terrific and the coffee shop in the lobby was spectacular. We also enjoyed the roof top bar. Amazing Hotel."

"Our second stay at the Blossom Hibiya and will stay again. Rooms are great, quiet. Transportation nearby. Only negative is that they no longer have good laundry machines. Last year the machines were much better and you could check from your room when they were available. That feature no longer exists and the machines they have nowadays do not dry clothes well, we had to let our clothes air dry even though we did 2 cycles in the drier. Other than that everything was great. "

"Staying in Tokyo bay gets you a bigger room for you money, than staying in a more central hotel. Despite being opposite a train station however the hotel is outwith the main Tokyo area and requires multiple transfers and typical time spent travelling to city attractions was 45 mins plus. The room was great, with comfy beds, spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disney. There is a free toiletries shop and sweets/ soft drinks available I would not rate the...

"Convenient location, 4 minutes walk to metro, 6 minutes walk to HND express bus. Hotel breakfast buffet has lot of choice. Ate lunch at the same restaurant as well, food taste good. "

"The staff was very helpful. Especially Guest Relations spoke English. It helps foreigners navigate. Har for us when there is a language barrier. Also suggestion, if trying to accommodate foreign busy, please have English TV channels other than CNN, as I am on vacation and want to relax not stress about the world. By asking your GS we were able to have a very nice dinner, since we had no clue as to where to go. "
