“My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. “Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”

“This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.”

“This was our second stay at the Hotel Garbi. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Playa D’en Bossa but this is one of our favourites. The staff in all areas are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We particularly like the Chill Garbi beach restaurant which has an excellent food and cocktail menu and is really good value compared to many other places in the area. They also have a DJ there most days. DJ Don Andrew is really good. The location is good as you can walk……

“My room had a great view of the water. There was a balcony, too. Room did not have carpeting which makes it feel cleaner as carpeting holds dirt and dust mites. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Staff was helpful and there was parking available for free as we had a rental vehicle. And because we traveled in the off season, the room rate was excellent.”
