"This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff are just beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond. I had to leave early due to Covid-19 and they were so kind, supportive and helpful - I can't recommend this place enough! It's more like a 5 star and the rooms / pool are lovely. It's a shame I had to leave early but I will definitely be back again. "Nunca pude hospedarme por la reserva de 6 dias que hice atraves de hoteles. Llegue y no habia reservacion. Por suerte en la posada tenian las primeras 3 noches con disponibilidad, nos hicieron un precio especial y nos quedamos 3 dias arreglando directamente con ellos. Contacte con Hoteles y me informaron el error ocurrido y nos ofrecieron un monto en credito en mi cuenta pero nunca lo he visto ni me respondieron ningun mail informandome como puedo usar ese credito para otra reserva.
