「It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.」

「房間大，潔淨，有露台可望到摩天輪，地點很好，環境寧靜，麽天輪已在旁邊，有海濱長廊。餐廳很多選擇，星期六有市集很近。下次會再次住宿。」

「Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane.」

「Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. 「We are having a late check in on that day, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a stable Wifi and located near the airport which is really convenient with a free shuttle bus service provided. We have a quite satisfying stay there. The only problem is that the cylinder is keep leaking water and there is no ventilation fan, the hotel should have a renovation.」
