「H10 was a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff and very relaxed ambiance. Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing break was just what was needed and H10 hotel did not disappoint. 」

「Very nice hotel, good quality」

「This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....

「Check in was easy and our room was ready at 3pm. Room was large with clean bedding etc , kitchen was basic but had everything we required. Nice pool view on second floor. Quiet hotel with sun around the pool from 10.30-5 pm. The location is at the top of a hill and could be difficult for those who suffer with walking. The view from the back of the hotel isn’t best as it’s industrial wasteland and a bit scruffy. Overall, we knew its layout snd had a nice stay. The mini market is ok but...

「Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!」

「The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is...

「Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! 」
