「一到了步行街上,就可以很容易找到這家飯店,漂亮的全木頭的裝潢,非常美麗好找 晚上靠近街上的房間會有一點聲音,如果怕吵的可能要選另外一面的房間 不過逛街就非常方便了,一出來就是熱鬧的地方,而且這邊附近換匯的匯率很好 如果要去湖之眼,或是另外一個漂亮的纜車,都可以請飯店幫忙叫私人的車,很方便」

「The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly.」
