「I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. 「Overall very nice accommodations. Bathroom in our suite was somewhat awkward - the shower set-up got the whole bathroom floor wet, and i hit my head 3 times on a stairwell underlayment that cuts into the shower/bathroom space. But overall very nice and well appointed.」

「The hacienda was very clean. There were a group of roust young people in the adjacent room but that was not the owners fault. The property was in a remote are so you’d need to rent a car or know the number of a taxi service.」

「When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.」

「This property its NOT in bussines and your app keep taking reservations. The new owners said theres nothing they can do the hotel been closed for 2 months already. They let us stay at our own risk, paying cash and with no kind of service at all, but what can we do if theres where no place to stay and ur help center didnt help me when i ask for!!!」
