“The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. ”

“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“We stayed for only three nights but had an entirely positive experience. We had a large and spacious room with a separate bedroom. Nearby restaurants offered good food and great service, and an indoor swimming pool, included in the price, was just steps away. We will definitely return.”

“我們大約在2週前就已訂房，住宿前一晚也有收到飯店的訂房提醒信，但是當我們到飯店check in時，飯店人員說因爲系統有問題，房間都滿了，所以把我們訂的兩間房，其中一間要拆到hotel Kars 去，讓我們覺得十分不便。而且在處理的過程中，我們看到後面來check in的客人都很順利有房，迅速領房卡就上樓，所以詢問櫃臺服務人員能否安排我們在同一間飯店，服務人員叫我們自己打電話去問，這讓我十分生氣，因為是系統和飯店的疏失，為什麼是我們自己去問。後來僵了一陣子，櫃臺人員打了電話，吿知我們對方飯店也沒有房間了，我們最終還是住在不同的飯店裡，是一個不愉快的住宿經驗。”
