「This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. 」

「Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it.」

「I really loved this cabin on the lake. It was perfect. The adults sat by the fire pit nightly and the kids played in the water every day. The way the house is split with two living rooms flanking is he ends of the house was perfect. Kids could watch a movie while adults talked without interruption. This house is located very near hikes and bike paths. We really enjoyed our stay and would be back. The only suggestion I would have for the owner would be to have more rugs in the house. Without...
