"The staff was accommodating and spoke English. The room was clean. There is a door handle tag to put on the outside of the door to let the housekeeping staff aware if you want them to clean your room. We didn’t figure that out until our 3rd day. They brought towels promptly after requested. There is a casino across the street and lots of young women entertainers that stand outside dressed provocatively at night. "We've stayed there on our trips to Manila for over 10 years. Service is always great and they're very accommodating (especially on this trip as we needed a very early check-in), rooms are clean, beds are good for a good sleep. And the location is excellent, a few minutes to the Mall of Asia, and many restaurants all around, as well as quick access to the airport. The pool on the rooftop is fun too."

"A good hotel near the Robinson's Mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. The swimming pool was appreciated at the end of a hot day. The neighbourhood was fine to walk around in the daytime and early evening, but after dark you'll want to take a taxi or Uber"
