「Hotel location is excellent! There is kitchenette in the room but the selections of cutlery and plates are quite limited. It's ok. Breakfast is nice.」

「Fridge not cold at all air conditioning not functioning room on east side very warm due too large window Coffee machine in room not serving hot water like warm Continental breakfast No coffee or cold water any milk or juices. :( 」

「這間酒店房間整潔係可以，但由於比較舊，冷氣唔夠冷，而且好大聲。地板步行會有聲。最重要係酒店附近無停車位，代客泊車收費每晚$40，太貴。洒店服務係好。」

「I did not like the fact that you had to leave a 70 or $75 security fee that they would refund you in 3 to 4 days that should’ve been refunded instantly upon checking out」

「Beautiful property - very close to the Metro, restaurants and even a couple of small grocery stores within walking distance. Very convenient for our weekend in Montreal. Some street noise at night but expected based on location. The ear plugs and white noise machine were nice touches, as well as blackout blinds. The complimentary coffee was also a perk. Would definitely stay again!」

「酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。」

「I lived in a room on the second floor, right next to heavy traffic. It was noisy 24-7. I couldn't sleep. The hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, who insisted there was nothing they can do. 」

「Check in was great, our room was a good size. Shower was small and toilet was very low, great for kids. Elevator was small, room for 2 people. Construction going on behind and beside the hotel. 」
