"We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5."

Only one downside but really small, is that the laundry room closes at 9 and I was not told of it therefore I could not do my laundry but is just a small thing that it doesn’t matter. The hotel was absolutely exceptional, loved it I will go back in a heart beat, "

"The staff speak English or Mandarin hence communication was a breeze for me. They were very friendly, helpful and polite. The location of the ryokan is within walking distance to the town and close to the train station. Hotel provides a bus shuttle to the train station. From the train station to the hotel, there is also a complimentary ride. I had a very pleasant stay at the ryokan and highly recommend it. "

"There is daily pickup from kiso fukushima stations 1530 1630 n 1730 hrs n departure 1000. Facility looks great! I was wow-ed upon arrival. The room is very huge and spacious with full amenities. There is even a private onsen (1 time slot given) which is unique. The public onsen has booth indoor n outdoor. The dining experience is fantastic. You hace your own traditional Jap room. Food is very nice There is a dedicated stargazing platform qhich is great though i was there solo and not so...

"This is a semi traditional hotel. I loved the location and the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. The shower room is in an onsen. You can shower there but also enjoy the onsen if you'd like. "
