“The 3-pax room was very small, seemed smaller that what was shown in the website photos, that we could hardly turn ourselves after laying down the 2 luggages. We are petite Asians, so imagine the situation.....Hygiene level was just acceptable, the shower head was full of black mildew, which could cause pneumonia to those with weak immunity. But thanks to the hotel staff, that was replaced immediately. ”

“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

“Hôtel de qualité très bien situé (un arrêt de métro du Terminal B, soit 20 minutes maximum à pied). Chambre extrêmement propre (c'est agréable, merci !). Aucun bruit ne traverse les murs. Literie très agréable. De quoi se restaurer à proximité. Accueil sympa. Une machine nespresso dans la chambre. Je garde l'adresse pour un futur déplacement à Mérignac. ”

“去吃早餐時,沒見到任何服務人員,結果是全躲在廚房聊天,已經吃到一半才來問房號，而且是一個來問過，另一個也來問，是一個管理有問題的旅館,但是地點很好,對於服務態度不在乎的可以來訂。”

“This is a nice hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Need to be aware that road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. We asked to change rooms from road side to parking side. Which they did but it cost us an extra Eu45 as they only had a superior left.”

“I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee. This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....”

“Très bon séjour Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni mais 15€ cela reste cher. Par contre les femmes de ménages qui entre dans la chambre sans frapper à 10h ce n’est pas professionnel du tout ! ”
