「The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate 」

「The Ecolodge is cousy and charming place to relax and stay. There are several places where you can just relax and read a book, take a dip in the pool or do some yoga. One can get lunch and dinner at the hotel, but they are pricey comparing to eating outside (dinner 150dh per person). Also check your final bill for inconsistencies when checking out.」

「Sebbene la pulizia non sia il suo forte, tornerei in questa struttura di sicuro! Per la prima volta non ho sofferto il freddo di notte. Stanza, molto ampia, tutta in effetto pisé, con un balconcino esterno. In effetti, non è che la stanza fosse sporca, ma anche lo spazio dove appoggiare le cose è in effetto pise e tende a trattenere la polvere e quindi appoggiandoci i vestiti possono rimanere un po' impolverati. L'acqua calda non era disponibile all'arrivo, ma al mattino dopo si e ci siamo fatti...

「tutto splendido, dalle tende alla cena davvero ottima e abbondante. ottimo il vino proposto. capisco la filosofia del mantenere il campo riscaldato solo coi pannelli solari.... ma il 31 dicembre in tenda si gelava.... e nonostante i grossi piumoni abbiamo dornito vestiti... e anche negli spazi comuni.... non è piacevole rimanere al freddo. da pensare un modo per riscaldare le tende in maniera sostenibile. 」

「This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before...
