“Terrible road to get to the resort. Be prepared - the road urgently needs to be paved. Resort is beautiful and restaurant was pretty good. Had to send one order back due to fish being old/fishy tasting. Really irritated to have music played at the pool. Trying to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and instead there was constant bass/dance music being played. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, where possible.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Palma Royale. We found the suite very spacious and great for all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch where we were able to take in amazing views of the water. The front desk staff were all accommodating and happy to help us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel! ”

“Buena ubicación, muy cerca de toda el área de restaurantes y bares, buena atención, sin embargo actualmente se encuntran realizando obras en la calle principal, lo cual dificulta un poco el caminar por ahí, cuenta con alberca la cual está en buenas condiciones, el desayuno que se puede tomar, se paga por día, en lo particular me pareció quesu menú no era muy variado, por lo cual solo lo tomamos un solo día, hubo algunos detalles en la habitación como en el que la regadera tenpia una pequeña……

“El desayuno excelente la locación muy bien le falta un poco de arreglo y pintura adicional entiendo que por ser una isla no hay agua potable pero deberían cambiar el dispensador de agua o limpiarlo con lo demás todo fue excelente ”

“Pretty far out location. Very isolated and that can be good sometimes! Be prepared to take an expensive shuttle boat both ways offered twice a day and if you miss it, it's a $150 boat taxi. Cocktails were great! Restaurant was slow with okay food and relatively expensive, but no other options around. Bastimentos is a cool island, I found more to do on the island closer to Bocas Town. ”
