"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time, I was assigned a room on the second floor. It was clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold, which I appreciated. During every stay, the staff have always been helpful and genuinely great people."

"This place is hard to find especially at nite. Scary location. Sink is dirty and old. Towels are too cheap and old. No elevator that made it hard for older person to go up too. No toilet paper nor soap/shampoo. Hot water not working. "

"They need to fix the bathroom. It was terrible. The shower holder was broken. I had to hold the shower spray at all times every time I use it.. Cobwebs seen on the water heater. The bathroom floor was leaking. The bathtub faucet was loose. Bathtub got clogged the longer you take a shower. Air condition has no aircon grille. "
