「We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. 」

「Its a big but old hotel. Just need to stay for one or two days is ok, cos only 20 min. free wifi can be used, thats unbelievable in 2021. 」

「My husband, daughter and I enjoy stay at Novotel so much. It looks new and having good wifi. Air conditioner can adjust what temperature you want. We especially enjoy the breakfast, the place is big, seats comfortably and the foods many choices and good taste. We will stay again when we come coventry.」

「Beginning to look a bit tired but otherwise all good. Very welcoming of our dogs as it was pre-Crufts. Biggest gripe was size of pillow in otherwise comfortable bed; they are tiny and there is only one each.」

「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」
