"The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were mt favorite part about this hotel. As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. "The refrig. In our hotel room was not working, almost spoiling food that we had stored in it. Other than that, good location, staff and amenities. Thank you! "

"Room bigger than I expected, newer/cleaner than other business hotels. Housekeeping was also great. I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and they left supplies/toiletries on the door. Thanks for that nice touch!"

"Typical hotel. We had a room on the smaller side but it accommodated us just fine. Free Japanese breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for weary travelers. It is a far way out of Koriyama so if you want to stay closer it is wise to book in town. We personally like to stay out of the main tourist hubs so we were happy here."
