「Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming.」

「This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. 」

「The hotel rooms facing the mountain has a nice view. It is slightly marred by people speaking loudly at night and also was kind of disappointed when I booked a mountain facing a grand deluxe room for two adult and one child, but it only had one king sized bed. Was actually expecting a single bed. Thankfully my child is small sized and the nice breakfast and view 」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「The staff here deserve a six star review, I have never stayed in such more friendly, helpful hotel, the room was beautiful, and the view was outstanding looking at the valley. The staff went beyond helping me and making me feel comfortable, and directing me in the proper direction for visiting and tours, etc., hats off to this hotel amazing. 」

「Después de estar en varios alojamientos, este ha sido uno de los mejores. El personal es muy amable y muy atentos. Solo tenemos palabras buenas. Si volvemos a Sapa, volveremos a su alojamiento.」

「Sapa house is awesome. Especially, the manager, Joseph, has good attitude. He will help you to book everything you want like the local tour, the train or bus tickets and the price is fair. We had a good stayed ever in Sapa. Also, The room is clean and the location is good and quiet.」

「Nice for a short stay. We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view. There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside. Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead. Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM...
