「Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming.」

「Superb location accessible to good food & sightseeing. Great hospitality, friendly staffs. Room with great views from the balcony. Super good value for money. Came back 3rd time.」

「The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.」

「My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.」

「Hotel is very nice, our room wa very spacious and has a balcony with a mountain view. It's around 8minutes walking to the Sun Plaza but its a very sharp upclimb if you want to take a walk to the centre. The staff were all very kind and helpfull. You should try also a relaxing massage they have directly from your room after a long day of walking! 」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.」

「Great location and nice hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening staff limited English. The garbage across the street is terrible and would really be nice to clean it regularly as you look at the trash from the restaurant. 」

「새벽 6시에 사파에 도착해서 체크인했어요. 친절하게 방까지 안내해주셔서 좋았지만 12월 겨울인데 난방이 잘 안됐어요... 말씀드리니 올라와서 직접 히터 켜주셨는데 도무지 따뜻해지지가 않아서 잠깐 눈만 붙이고 체크아웃 했습니다. 난방시설만 손보면 가성비 최고👍 위치도 선플라자 바로 아래입니다.」

「Nice for a short stay. We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view. There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside. Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead. Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM...
