「This villa was in excellent shape. All amenities were included as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. The instructions for checking in were a bit confusing. I did not realize that I needed to register at the Omni Resort proper. However, manager, Kay Kinaya quickly responded to my plight and stayed with me on the phone until I found my way. She deserves kudos for outstanding customer service. A great experience overall.」
