「Great stay overall. The staff were very professional and friendly. Someone was on reception when I arrived in the evening at c.8.30pm, contrary to what was said in the the note I received from Hotels.com prior (i.e. that reception closes at 7.30pm). There is plenty of free on-site parking, which was convenient. The building is beautiful, nicely maintained and the setting is quite special, in the countryside and beside the Derwent River. 「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
