「We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. 」

「The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.」

「OK hotel in good location. Some stuff broken in room such as safety box. Expedia didn't properly disclose that $50 deposit must be paid when checking in for potential damages you may cause.」

「This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian. The following morning a different staff very reluctantly...

「Inside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasn’t the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. 」

「Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару 」

「Simple, great location however room size is super small. Difficult to move around with luggage, no elevator so pack lite. Good breakfast 」
