“It is very hard to reach the property, its interior”

“The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. Also serves meat at the hostel which I find……

“Easy access to airport..Beautiful rooms and very clean with all the amenities. THE interior of the hotel is very beautiful with Unique decor....Staff was friendly and helpful.. The pool was clean and very nice to use since it was very hot day.....The selection of food in the dining area was superb..We would stay here again..”

“The hosts are very sweet and provide good breakfast in the morning. Area is 5 mins of walk away from major attractions in Fort Kochi. The room need deep cleaning. There was mould, cobwebs and leaking pipes.”

“Large room with three separate beds but non-functional. Yes, I understand that they have a room available not meant to be a hotel room, but why not rent out to make money. AC and WiFi non functional. Dark closed room. Couldn’t open windows. Needed to keep lights on. Dirty unusable wooden cabinet with age-old newspapers strewn as shelf liner. Folks, clean up the cabinet, paint and use store bought regular shelf liner but never those dirty newspapers. No place to put luggage even for one person.……

“The property booked was under maintenance and we were changed to another property. This was not informed prior.”

“The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. ”

“Great place overall”

“Completely Dissatisfied, the reason I booked this Service apartment is because it was newly constructed and opened. I booked a single room for my parents, they lend us a room within an apartment which is already occupied by someone else, We had to share the hall, and no access to kitchen and Zero privacy. Cleanliness was Zero, From the doors to the Celing fan, Its was covered with a blanket of dust. Don't even get me started on the mosquito bites. The doors were covered with Fungus,……
