"Great location for visiting everything So.Co. has to offer."

"This home is quite new and well appointed. Generally better than the website photos implied. It was so nice in fact, that we started to look for any small discrepancy. How about dimmers on those banks of pot lights for example? Perhaps soft close toilet seats? My wife and I really loved our stay, it was very quiet (except for the odd neighbor's dog) and close to markets and SoCo restaurants. Entertainment wise, we had no access codes for the streaming services (Netflix, Prime etc). Perhaps these...

"We came to Austin to be centrally located for our son’s wedding. The home is comfortable, clean with a great backyard which gets great shade to sit outside.. we had no kids to play on the playground but plenty of run around for our pup.. The wireless is fast and there are enough televisions for all.. we never had time for the air hockey thank you for hosting us, you will be our first choice whenever we return from Michigan.."

"Great home that was close to everything we came for. Loved sitting outside in a private yard. Lots of dishes. We needed some supplies like foil and plastic wrap. Each room had its own bathroom which was wonderful. "

"Six friends stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. Each of us had our own space thanks to so many comfortable bedrooms. The early birds stayed in one house while the sleepyheads stayed in the another. South Congress is easily walkable and offers all you need for food and fun. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. While we never found the iron, everything else was clean and well stocked. "

"Communication is great with this company. The cleanliness was subpar. Response to the dishwasher and ice maker not working was not helpful. The management company did reach out to ask for input after our stay I still feel unheard as to my concerns at this property. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe."

"The host was super great with communication, before, during and after the rental window. The house was indeed charming, clean and in a great location. We walked to all our destinations. So much to do within walking distance from the rental property. The bedrooms rooms are large and so are the common rooms. Great deal! "
