"My kids really wanted to stay in a capsule hotel so we chose this one.. it was very nice. Each of us had a cube with amenities like a tote bag with towels and pajamas, a tv with headset, a little safe, and a locker under the bed big enough for a large suitcase with slippers provided. The downside was you can hear everyone zipping and unzipping bags and moving around in the room, and you can hear loud snorers. The pillow was also rock hard, but overall it was really cute! "Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. "I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the property. Building in great condition. Bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Not a lot of space to move around near the bed. I had a cute set up when I arrive which included clean towels. The second day I receive towels but they had a pungent smell as if they were washed but not immediately dried. The third day I didn’t receive towels at all. There is a 7-11 feet away from the door. Not a long commute to get on the train."

"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."
