「Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. 」

「Shortly before departure date, was told “unexpected circumstances” had to checkout 3 days earlier than booked. Place was filthy scrubbed floor and washed shower curtain No internet owner said would send someone But never did. No coffee maker, electrical panel cover missing exploded live wires. Air conditioning unit in bedroom didn’t work then checkout was 11Am had cleaning person there at 7:30AM」

「This condo is in a great east end location. It is just steps away from the pool, with no stairs at all. First time staying in Coakley and we loved it. Pool is nice, GOAT is a fantastic restaurant and so convenient having it right onsite (I know it does close for part of the year, so check that). Everything was in working order, comfortable beds and amazing view. Communication with the owner was great - timely and complete always. I highly recommend this unit.」

It would have been nice for the hedge in front of our balcony to be trimmed so we could see the beautiful view sitting on the patio. But everything else was superb!」

「My wife and I we were looking for a place to spend our anniversary, and we found the perfect location. We were located close to the beaches, grocery stores,restaurants. The host provided two beach chairs and beach towels. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had everything that you would need.overall we were very happy with the apartment and that made for a wonderful week and a great anniversary. 」
