「Although we did not get to see any whale sharks due to environmental factors beyond the resorts control. We were met by the staff with smiles and checked into our room immediately. once we settled in our room we went to sit and enjoy the ocean side and were met by Ralf the owner. he along with all the staff were very welcoming and informative as to the diving activities and gave us a personal tour of the resort, I noticed he does this for all guests. the food was excellent and we enjoyed the...

The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show...

「The r00m was not clean the cl0th closet was not clean and had not been clean in some time from topto bottom and there was no toilet set on the toilet in the first room and when i tolld them about it they moved me to another room and the toilet set there was was no good also overall i would not remain this hotel to any one i know and the room do not look like the picture they appetize」

「Our stay in Surigao was absolute bliss!! Although this place is old and has been badly affected by typhoon Odette a couple of years ago and is still undergoing renovations. The location was gold! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Its location is in their famous Mabua Pebble Beach, Surigao City, and on the foot of a mountain and with some 300 steps you get the most amazing view. It is also a fishing village and I've spent every night just watching the fishermen on their boats...
