「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「It was paradise! The beach was amazing and everything was in walking distance so got to take in all that Aruba had to offer! The restaurants on the all-inclusive were wonderful and the staff extremely friendly! Would go back in a heartbeat!」

「It’s a wonderful resort. The beach is not over crowded like some of the other hotels on the strip. Their newly renovated cabanas are beautiful with cold storage in these modern tables. Every morning the staff provide snacks in containers with bottles of water inside the tables for your convenience. They have a storage cupboard for you to place all of your belongings for the day. 「We had a very nice stay. We had great rooms with an ocean view, and the beach really cannot be beat. It’s just steps from your room, and the water and sand are beautiful. We took long walks down the beach; it’s hotel after hotel, and all feels very safe. It’s a large place so it’s not a remote tropical paradise if you’re looking for that vibe, but for a big hotel in a commercial area right on the beach, it was great. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「I read some pretty terrible reviews before booking this property, but still decided to book because we really wanted to have an all inclusive with bringing our kids. Because I read reviews I didn’t have very high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. 「Confortable modern hotel in an excellent location. Easy walkable area with many dining and shopping options. A short walk to Queen Emma Bridge. Note that the pictures don’t show an actual beach, but the infinite pool area that is filed with sand and has some beach chair and umbrellas to emulate the real thing.
